Feature request: filter delicious randomizer by tag name

I have a request that should be pretty simple to add... I'd like the
delicious randomizer:

http://del.icio.us/recent?random&min=10

To be filtered based on tags... so something like this:

http://del.icio.us/tag/web,web+design?random&min=10

Would return a random page that was tagged with both 'web' and 'web
design' by at least 10 people.

I've blogged about how this could be a killer feature for del.icio.us:
